This time lapse photography was produced from the experiment 4 which was conducted live over a course of five days with bananas. One banana was not preserved and the other was preserved with BFRESH preservation technology. As compared with non-preserved banana, with BFRESH preservation, the ripening and spoilage of banana was delayed.
